Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee sales progression from initial contact to successful completion.
  • Understand client requirements to deliver efficient and effective service.
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties in the best possible light.
  • Obtain valuable feedback from viewings and negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Support and mentor team members to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding, professional, and friendly service to clients.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Good IT skills and a smart, presentable appearance.
  • A full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.

Remuneration:

  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000, commensurate with experience.
  • A share of office commission and profit share.
  • On-target earnings of £33,000+, rising as the office performance improves.
  • 25 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period.
