Meetings and Events Team Leader

At Park Plaza, delivering exceptional service and outstanding food and beverages is crucial to creating memorable experiences. As a Meetings and Events Waiter/Waitress, your role will be to provide exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations.
- Sharing our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not necessary.
As a Meetings and Events Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata), increasing with service.
- A competitive salary: £11.50 per hour plus service charge.
- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in).
