We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving retail excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain high standards of store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cash handling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
