About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment that meets customer expectations
- Coordinate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and maintain store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store appearance

- Maintain a deep understanding of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
