Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our H&M Poole Store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage the Store Team: You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Drive Sales Growth: You will analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Store Operations: You will ensure that store operations are running smoothly, and that all employees are following best practices and company policies.
- Employee Relations: You will ensure that all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and company policies are fulfilled.
- Recruitment and Development: You will recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your store team.
- Performance Management: You will evaluate and manage the performance of your team through regular dialogues, development plans, and feedback.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Management experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience of leading and managing teams.
- Knowledge and passion for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. Availability 7 days fully flexible. This position is based in the H&M Poole Store.
