Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cotswold Farm Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, grounds, and equipment.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist with the delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance requirements within the Cotswold Farm Park and wider areas as required.
• Maintain excellent standards of site presentation, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
• Lead and supervise a team responsible for daily reactive maintenance duties, groundcare, and event build and break.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and use of appropriate PPE as required.
• Undertake a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Personal Profile
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible approach to problem resolution and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance, reactive, and planned maintenance.
• Experienced in using Microsoft and CAFM software packages.
• Experience in ground care and generic handy person tasks.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Driving license.
Preferred Skills
• Apprenticeship qualified in an area of expertise, e.g., plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical.
• Experience in leading/supervising a small team.
