Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical to join our team at G4S Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of our engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of in-house engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with on-site contractors to ensure that their work is completed to a high standard and within the designated timeframe.
- Monitor site operations and utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize service delivery.
- Respond to defects, faults, and client requests, providing excellent customer service and working with others to identify and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias.
- Experience of monitoring and managing BMS systems.
- 5 years' experience working in a similar FM service delivery environment.
- IOSH or SMSTS qualification.
