Job Overview

At TE Connectivity Corporation, we are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as your experience in maintenance and repair, will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our production equipment.
  • React to unscheduled problems and coordinate activities to resolve them.
  • Manage and develop our Technician Team to achieve our objectives and maintain high standards of service.
  • Support and mentor our Apprentices to help them gain the experience they need for their courses.
  • Monitor and implement improvements within the Maintenance function.
  • Interface between our Maintenance, Facilities, Process, and Projects Departments.
  • Monitor and review our Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deputise for the Maintenance Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance in an industrial environment.
  • Proven people management experience, covering 5 years.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with PLC Controls and Motor Drives would be a benefit.
  • Flexibility to switch between different machines and areas that require different disciplines.
  • PC Literate for all Office Applications, with experience of a CMMS package.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to produce and present a project justification.
