Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical to join our team at G4S Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are within approved limits.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
