Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Call Handler for the NHS 111 Wales Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answering calls from the public for the NHS 111 Wales Service
- Providing accurate and empathetic information to patients and families
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and assertive in challenging situations. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
