Overview

Are you looking to work with a global strength in the insurance market? Our encouraging and ambitious team is seeking a dynamic Insurance Account Executive to join their office.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands, achieve renewal retention, and growth rates.

You'll be driven, hardworking, and business-focused, with clients at the heart of your actions.

  • Manage the renewal process for clients, gathering information using superb communication skills.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and securing new business leads.
  • Discuss renewal terms with customers, seeking alternatives and collaborating with brokers to secure competitive terms.
  • Visit clients as necessary, showcasing your interpersonal skills.
  • Address account queries and credit control matters efficiently, raising concerns with the right team.
  • Identify and pursue new-business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them if appropriate.

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII) or equivalent.
  • A strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
  • Knowledge of the client market and insurance industry network, including London Market, Lloyds, and Industry.
  • Excellent client service focus, with the customer as your top priority.
  • Ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to continually building industry knowledge and seeking development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
