We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to support a designated client portfolio.
The Company:
Stride Resource Management Ltd is a well-respected Insurance Broker with a national presence.
The Role:
- As an Account Handler, you will be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and supporting them with queries.
- This role is ideal for those who enjoy customer service or sales, as relationship-building with clients will be key to success.
- Commercial Insurance experience is essential, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, uses their initiative, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Collaboration and teamwork are also essential, as you will be working closely with the team to deliver excellent client service.
