Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our growing team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio and acting as their first point of contact.
The Role:- Support a designated client portfolio and build strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients receive a high level of service at all times.
- Commercial insurance experience is essential for this role, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face.
