We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with precision and care.
About the RoleThe Insurance Account Handler will be responsible for:
- Managing policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client servicing for personal lines.
- Advising clients on their home, motor, and other personal insurance needs.
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and policies that best meet client requirements.
- Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving any client queries, and supporting them through the claims process if needed.
- Building long-lasting client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as an Insurance Account Handler, specifically in personal lines.
- Knowledge of home, motor, and other personal insurance products.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while managing a busy workload.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and a commitment to compliance.
