We are seeking a skilled Insurance Account Handler to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client servicing for personal lines.
- Advise clients on their home, motor, and other personal insurance needs.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and policies that best meet client requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any client queries, and supporting them through the claims process if needed.
