Key Player in Trauma and Psychological Issues Initiative

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Lead Practitioner Psychologist with strong CBT and motivational interviewing practice to join our team. As a key player in our initiative to support the organisation in responding effectively to underlying trauma and psychological issues within our drug and alcohol services, you will possess expertise in your work and a passion for developing skills and supporting and supervising others.
You will be part of a forward-thinking, values-driven charity that treats its people with warmth, compassion, and respect. With regular clinical supervision and professional support from a more senior Practitioner Psychologist in substance use, you will thrive in a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities.
