Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Child Development Coordinator to lead the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and ensure every child receives the best possible start in life.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to identify and address potential development issues in children aged 0-5.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy child development and support families in need.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, school nurses, and allied health professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as childcare or education.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, including at-risk or disadvantaged families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary: £38,000 - £50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Generous annual leave entitlement.
