Job Title: Head of Cybersecurity Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cybersecurity Operations Leader to join our team at Aviva plc. As the Head of Cybersecurity Operations, you will be responsible for developing and delivering cyber system roadmaps to ensure the continuous increase of protection levels and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to protect Aviva's systems, data, colleagues, and customers from cyber-attacks and prevent data loss.
  • Lead and manage multiple teams responsible for cybersecurity operations, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on thwarted attacks and associated risks.
  • Deliver successful results through teamwork, collaboration, and influence, leveraging your strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant standards and frameworks, ensuring Aviva's cybersecurity practices remain best-in-class.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams and projects, with a strong focus on delivering successful results.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and practices, as well as relevant standards and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 25% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
