The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our client's team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Head of Operations in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management.

Desirable

  • Experience managing multiple operational sites across a large geographical area.
