Job Title: Head of Maintenance Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Maintenance Management to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our maintenance services, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team, including staff management and performance monitoring.
  • Project manage complex repair works from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the management of customer services, ensuring that agreed service standards and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Effective contract management of key service contracts, including performance monitoring and reporting of contractor performance.
  • Manage the delivery of robust repairs works order process, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services within budget.
  • Compile reports and statistics for internal use, committee, and board as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring processes are in place to deliver effective work quality control mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in delivery of maintenance and small works to industry standards and methodologies.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, potentially accommodating other office hours.
