About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Cybersecurity Operations team. As the Head of Cybersecurity Operations, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to ensure the continuous increase of protection levels and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity roadmaps to ensure the continuous increase of protection levels and quality
  • Lead multiple teams that protect Aviva's systems, data, colleagues, and customers from cyber-attacks and prevent data loss
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and maintain consistent communication and reporting
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and threats
Requirements
  • Strong cybersecurity experience and knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and practices
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams and projects, delivering successful results through teamwork, collaboration, and influence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to understand and empathise with user needs and expectations

  • Salary between £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
