Centre Manager

Angus Dundee Distillers PLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visitor Centre Manager to join their team at Glencadam Distillery. As a key member of the distillery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe operation and management of the visitor centre, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for guests.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. With significant experience in visitor services and financial management, you will be able to drive revenue growth and ensure the centre operates within budget.
You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe operation and management of the visitor centre
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for guests
- Develop and implement financial management plans to ensure the centre operates within budget
Requirements:
- Significant experience in visitor centre management (circa 5 years +)
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation
- Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as online booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
