About the Role:

  • Monitor and control budgets, revenue, and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.

About You:

  • Proven experience in visitor services management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications, including online booking systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to comply with local licensing requirements and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
