Visitor Centre Manager - Fixed Term Maternity Cover Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visitor Centre Manager to join our team at the Land of Oak and Iron Heritage Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. About the Role As Visitor Centre Manager, you will be responsible for: * Managing the centre's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and facilities management * Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract visitors to the centre * Collaborating with the Chief Executive and other team members to achieve the centre's goals and objectives * Ensuring that the centre is maintained to a high standard, including the upkeep of exhibits and facilities About Us Here at Groundwork North East & Cumbria, we are passionate about creating a future where every neighbourhood is thriving, every community is strong, and every individual has the opportunity to succeed.
