Job Title: CRM Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Systems Manager to join our IT department at the Southbank Centre. As a key member of our Digital Systems team, you will be responsible for managing our Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Fundraising CRM application and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ongoing support, training, and continuous improvement of the CRM applications.
  • Oversee system administration and ensure helpdesk requests are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide support to Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras on CRM, ticketing, and other systems.
  • Research, plan, and implement improvements to CRM, ticketing, and other relevant systems.
  • Deliver training on CRM, ticketing, and other systems for Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras.
  • Supervise industry-standard management and best practice processing of data relating to system databases and tools.
  • Take part in relevant system communities and stay up-to-date with the latest improvements, issues, and ideas.
  • Support system integration and contribute to the development of Southbank Centre's information architecture.
  • Contribute to compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and associated applications.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of system administration.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
