About the Role:

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in visitor services, preferably in a managerial role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications, including online booking systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
