Overview of the Role

This rewarding opportunity enables you to contribute to the strategic and operational output of a growing organisation in the fertility space. As a Clinic Relations Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and improving relationships with existing points of contact at UK and EU-based fertility clinics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and improve relationships with existing points of contact at UK and EU-based fertility clinics.
  • Manage the customer CRM database, ensuring consistency and quality, accurate data and contact information, and interrogate data from relevant reporting.
  • Expand the customer portfolio by seeking out opportunities for broader expansion of the organisation's offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven client relations or customer experience background, ideally from within the fertility/sperm banking/embryology or related healthcare sectors. A BSc minimum or equivalent from Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or Biological Sciences, or related disciplines is required.

Able to evidence comfort and capability with independent working, the candidate should also have knowledge of regulatory standards within the Fertility services sector (such as HFEA, HCPC, ISO) and be highly proficient in use of CRM/databases and MS Office.
