The London Clinic is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Specialist to join its People Team. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum and is based at the company's head office in London on a hybrid working model.

As an Employment Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex ER casework independently. You will provide high-quality advice and coaching to Managers to ensure effective delivery of Performance Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage own case load with a customer focus to ensure that matters are handled efficiently, fairly and consistently.
  • Provide clear and specific coaching, support and direction to managers.
  • Ensure that any cases requiring involvement of third parties are managed appropriately.

Key Skills include independent case load management, multi-tasking, building strong stakeholder relationships, coaching, advising and influencing managers, and exceptional HR service delivery. The successful candidate will have experience working with the HRBP model and data analysis skills.
