The Senior Employee Relations Specialist drives INIZIO's processes, policies, and strategy across Employee Relations in Ireland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. This role acts as a liaison between legal and business matters to mitigate risks in HR, supporting ER policy creation and providing system-wide guidance.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop strategies for responding to team member concerns and infuse ER into broader company practices. Your goal is to implement employee relations best practices and manage supervisor problems and employee grievances effectively.

This role reports to the Global Employee Relations Lead and involves remote work with flexible time zones. You will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations or remotely.

  • Develop strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
  • Implement employee relations best practices and monitor risks.
  • Analyze data to inform sensible decision-making and identify training needs for supervisors.
  • Partner with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders to develop and/or support projects.
  • Assist managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
