We are looking for a results-driven Employer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering against ambitious targets.

This role requires a proactive approach, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for building and sustaining partnerships with employers to place our job seekers in sustainable, rewarding employment.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in employer organisations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals with employers.
  • Delivering against ambitious targets and driving business growth.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Requirements: We are looking for an individual with experience in recruitment or sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
