Working in a dynamic Secondary School in Central Bristol, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.",
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support services
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth
* Utilize best practice behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
* A strong passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
