Job Summary:
In this entry-level position, you will work closely with experienced professionals to process orders, create accurate order acknowledgments, and produce clear manufacturing instructions. You will also interact with clients, handling queries via email and phone for straightforward orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process simple and small orders independently, ensuring accurate order acknowledgments.
  • Create clear manufacturing instructions to ensure timely and precise order completion.
  • Produce accurate manufacturing drawings and sketches as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, handling queries via email and phone for straightforward orders.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve order queries effectively.
  • Gain familiarity with company products and requisition components as needed.
  • Develop knowledge of parts required for specific orders, particularly for spares.
