About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Eye Care Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, work alongside experienced colleagues, and gain valuable skills in optics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers into store and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Booking in eye tests and pre-screening patients
  • Providing style advice and measuring frames
  • Taking phone calls and managing customer queries
