About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to support and manage the investigation, resolution, and outcome of complaints. As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you will handle a wide range of complaint scenarios, company systems, and processes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate written and verbal complaints cases
  • Judge cases to ensure fair and appropriate customer outcomes within relevant limits of authority
  • Evaluate customer circumstances, inconvenience, and distress to achieve an appropriate resolution from a wide range of options
  • Negotiate with internal departments to aid case resolution
  • Manage diagnostic and triage processes across multiple channels to effectively categorize, route, and prioritize cases
  • Manage cases by accurately reporting and logging all actions through company systems to support root cause analysis and reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a complaint handling environment
  • Ability to demonstrate systematic thought processes and plan and manage own workload/delivery
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Ability to cope under pressure and meet strict deadlines
