Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to individuals with physical disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role- Provide personal care assistance, including daily living tasks, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Educate and support customers in developing skills for maximum independence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
- Experience in personal care or a related field (not essential).
- Capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
