About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate care professional to join our team in Dereham. As a care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care to our clients, supporting them with daily activities, and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide person-centred care to clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- To support clients with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- To help clients develop new skills and interests
- To provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality care
- No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
