**Job Overview:** As a Foster Care Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting foster families and ensuring the well-being of children in our care.

The Austin Fraser fostering team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to foster families and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in our care.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Guide prospective foster families through the licensure process and assess their suitability.
  2. Match children with foster families, considering the child's needs and specific requirements.
  3. Provide continuous support to foster children and families, including counselling and addressing challenges.
  4. Advocate for the child's rights and manage their case, coordinating with other professionals to create a comprehensive care plan.
  5. Support children and biological families in adjusting to foster care placement and work toward reunification if possible.
