Our Assessment & Intervention Team is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner: Children and Young People to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families who require support and guidance. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and challenging cases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.

You will provide leadership and guidance to staff, enhancing team performance and professional development. Engaging in reflective practice, you will contribute to the team's learning and growth through supervision and mentoring.

Utilising quality assurance tools, you will drive improvements and achieve positive outcomes for children. This role requires a strong understanding of social work principles and practices, especially within children's social care.
