About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring that all employment documentation and contracts are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and revise client employment documentation and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Counsel clients on business processes and educate them on the significance of these processes within the workplace.
  • Evaluate client policies and contracts to ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
  • Develop and present educational materials to clients on process workflows and legal requirements.
  • Support clients in understanding and implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a warm, friendly, and people-focused individual with excellent communication skills. A salary of approximately £25,000 per annum reflects the importance of this position in our organization.
