Workforce Resource Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Resource Coordinator to join their Operations team. This dynamic role involves coordinating workforce planning, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee absences, communicating risks and solutions to the Workforce Planning Lead.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet service level requirements, supporting the smooth operation of the workforce.
- Manage holidays, overtime, absences, shift patterns, and schedules, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Process annual leave requests in line with company policies, providing quarterly reports to the Management Team.
- Evaluate staffing levels during peak times, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Development & Demand to coordinate training activities for staff.
