Job Overview:

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Resource Coordinator to join their Operations team. This dynamic role involves coordinating workforce planning, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage employee absences, communicating risks and solutions to the Workforce Planning Lead.
  2. Schedule staff effectively to meet service level requirements, supporting the smooth operation of the workforce.
  3. Manage holidays, overtime, absences, shift patterns, and schedules, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  4. Process annual leave requests in line with company policies, providing quarterly reports to the Management Team.
  5. Evaluate staffing levels during peak times, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with the Head of Development & Demand to coordinate training activities for staff.

Benefits:
