The successful candidate will work closely with existing transport subcontracts and bring new subcontractors into the business, ensuring seamless logistics operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Exporting and importing goods accurately, adhering to required codes and paperwork
  2. Maintaining strong relationships with haulier partners and customers
  3. Regularly reviewing performance metrics
  4. Onboarding new customers and hauliers/subcontractors
  5. Resource allocation to achieve optimal margins
  6. Scheduling deliveries on time, aligning with customer expectations
  7. Monitoring delivery performance and notifying customers of any delays
  8. Setting targets aligned with operational KPIs
  9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within TMS

Ideal candidates will possess a background working within transport, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
