About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic and growing team. As an HR Generalist, you will provide a full range of HR support across the organisation, reporting directly to the Head of HR.

  • Provide HR advice and support to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment activities at all levels, partnering with managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management matters.
  • Maintain and develop job descriptions, assist with job evaluations, and support salary benchmarking processes.
  • Proactively drive HR initiatives that foster business success and improve employee engagement.

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will assist the Head of HR with strategic HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with GDPR, employment legislation, and internal HR policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and employee relations cases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
