We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Glasgow-based Defence team. As a key member of our Performance and Reporting community, you will drive implementation and continuous improvement in performance reporting processes, creating efficiency and increasing benefits for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance and reporting management plans for clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
  • Drive the implementation, embedding, and roll-out of changes to Performance and Reporting processes.
  • Promote the benefits and requirements of Performance & Reporting within the project and programme team.
  • Select, implement, administer, and maintain Performance & Reporting Systems and procedures.
  • Lead implementation and change controlling reporting hierarchies and approaches.
  • Define KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
  • Lead teams of project controls / performance & reporting professionals to deliver effective, consistent, assured, and value-adding performance information to clients.
  • Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to support effective decision-making.
  • Train and coach clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
  • Undertake line management activities, including career development and performance management.
Requirements:
  • A project controls related qualification (e.g. Project Planning & Controls).
  • Experience undertaking digital reporting activities in multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrable track record in providing project controls support to the configuration and setup of project reporting information systems.
  • Practical experience of implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis.
  • Understanding of how other aspects of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control) interact with reporting.
  • Basic familiarity of some Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys etc).
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Valid security clearance (SC) and a UK Passport.
