Performance and Reporting Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Defence team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance reporting processes to drive efficiency and improve client outcomes.
  • Design and implement performance management plans for clients based on project requirements and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation and embedding of changes to performance and reporting processes.
  • Promote the benefits and requirements of performance and reporting within project and programme teams.
  • Select, implement, administer, and maintain performance and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
  • Lead teams of project controls and performance reporting professionals to deliver effective performance information to clients.
  • Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.
  • Undertake line management activities, including career development and performance management.
Requirements:
  • A project controls related qualification (e.g. Project Planning & Controls).
  • Experience undertaking digital reporting activities in multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrable track record in providing project controls support to the configuration and setup of project reporting information systems.
  • Practical experience of implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis.
  • Basic familiarity of some Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys etc).
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Valid security clearance (SC) and a UK Passport.
