Performance and Reporting Manager

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Defence team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance and reporting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance and reporting management plans to meet client requirements.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance reporting processes to increase efficiency and benefits for clients.
- Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary to ensure effective reporting.
- Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
- Undertake line management activities, including career development and performance management.
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in project controls and performance reporting. You will have experience in implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will have a basic familiarity with project controls software and data analysis tools.
