We are partnering with a highly respected SEN school to find an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students with complex needs, including autism and PMLD, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support students with a range of SEN, including complex needs and PMLD, to promote their academic, social, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with students with complex needs, including autism and PMLD.
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
