**Job Title:** SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Support Worker to join our team in January 2025. As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs.

  • This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
  • You will work closely with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils.
  • Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a SEN Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with their learning and develop independence, literacy, and mathematics skills.

**Responsibilities:

  • Support students with various SEN needs.
  • Provide in-class support to help students access the curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
