SEN Education Support Worker

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an SEN Teaching Assistant in an outstanding primary school. As a Psychology graduate, you will have the chance to gain firsthand experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about education and has a keen interest in psychology. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with pupils, teachers, and parents.
The role involves providing one-on-one support to SEN pupils, assisting them with their learning, and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop tailored plans to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
