We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Education Support Worker to join our team at a SEN school in East Finchley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and enjoy working with children or young adults with SEN.
About the Job: As a SEN Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN to achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans and maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide educational support to students with SEN, assisting them with their learning and personal development.

Requirements:
- A strong background in education or a related field.
