Austin Fraser is excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join their team in partnership with a leading manufacturer of temporary buildings and semi-permanent structures.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the South West, West Midlands, and Wales by maximising sales turnover from the hire and sale of portable building products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the temporary structures industry, modular builds, or similar product ranges, with experience in devising sales strategies, converting new product enquiries into site surveys, and delivering technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Drive business growth across the specified territory.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • New Business Acquisition: Win new business with existing clients.
  • Data Management: Update the sales database with pipelines, forecasted sales, trends, and set accounts.
